Whether you are seeking sessions for yourself as an individual, or with your partner(s) we are here to help!

Kaci welcomes clients aged 18 and older for in person sessions in Seminole, or virtual sessions throughout the state of Florida. Using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Person-Centered, and CBT/DBT skills, Kaci is prepared to walk with you on your therapeutic journey.

What We Offer

We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client.

Services are currently provided throughout the state of Florida - with virtual or in person availability!

  • A 50-minute session conducted in person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Sessions most frequently are scheduled for weekly or biweekly frequency, but the recommended frequency will be discussed in the first session.

    Insurance is accepted for individual sessions; private pay rate is $130/session. If you need a sliding scale rate, please inquire with us!

  • A 50 minute session with two persons in an intimate relationship, conducted in person or via HIPAA-compliant platform. Session frequency varies by couples’ needs and will be discussed during the intake session and reviewed as needed from there.

    Insurance is NOT accepted for couples sessions. The rate for couples sessions at Begin Again Wellness is $140/session. If sliding scale is needed, please inquire with us!

    We are happy to offer superbills for insurance, if requested.

  • A 90 minute session with three or more persons in an intimate relationship, conducted via HIPAA-compliant platform. Session frequency varies by client needs and will be discussed during the intake session and reviewed as needed from there.

    Insurance is NOT accepted for these sessions. The rate for couples sessions at Begin Again Wellness is $255/session. If sliding scale is needed, please inquire with us!

    We are happy to offer superbills for insurance, if requested.

  • Covering a variety topics such as workplace stress, burnout, trauma informed care, self-care for employees, interpersonal communication, suicide prevention, and more.

    If you are seeking trainings for your team - please reach out! We are happy to coordinate with you and open to a variety of topics.

    Rates may vary by location (virtual or in person), length of training, and number of participants. Please inquire with us!
