Who
We Are
Begin Again Wellness, LLC, is founded by Kaci Ronge, MA, LMHC, NCC. As a clinician, Kaci is committed to helping clients navigate the challenges in their lives - whether that be processing traumatic experiences, improving interpersonal relationships, increasing a personal sense of identity, navigating diagnoses such as mood disorders, anxiety, PTSD, or similar. Kaci is a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and is a kink-informed, poly-informed, neurodiversity affirming therapist.
Kaci approaches therapy using a blend of Internal Family Systems, person-centered (Rogerian), CBT/DBT, and mindfulness strategies. Kaci believes in tailoring her therapeutic approach to the needs of each client she works with.
Kaci works with clients aged 18 and older, and works with individuals, couples, and polycules. Kaci specializes in working with attachment trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, life transitions, anxiety disorders, ENM, kink dynamics, LGBTQIA+, interpersonal relationship struggles, and more.
